Customer Reviews
Easy and convenient
Needed to stock up on some frozen vegetables and fish fillets. Just popped onto the website, found what I needed quickly. Delivery was quick enough, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was nice. All good.
Great value on frozen items
I was looking for some good deals on frozen pizzas and chicken nuggets for the kids. Iceland had a '3 for 10 mix and match' offer, which saved me a decent amount. It felt like a good value for the quantity I got. The checkout process was simple enough. I'll definitely check them out again for frozen stuff.
Good selection, delivery could improve
I ordered a mix of frozen party food and some fresh milk and bread last week. The selection was pretty good, they had most of what I was looking for, including some of the Greggs at Home range. Everything arrived well-packaged and the frozen items were still solid. My main issue was the delivery slot; it was a fairly wide window, and the driver arrived closer to the end of it, which made planning my day a bit tricky. The free delivery on orders over 40 was a plus, though. Overall, a solid shopping experience, but tighter delivery windows would be better.

does Iceland accept PayPal for online orders?
Anyone done a return with them before? Was it a pain?
how long does delivery usually take to, say, Miami? or is it just UK?
is Iceland food actually decent quality? or is it just super cheap stuff like Farmfoods?
hey, anyone know if Iceland does fresh stuff too? or is it literally all frozen food?
